Inverted Coaster
A hanging-seat looping coaster famous for forceful inversions, snappy pacing, and excellent visibility from below the track.
The inverted coaster debuted with Batman: The Ride and quickly became a signature B&M model. Common layouts include vertical loops, zero-g rolls, cobra rolls, corkscrews, and fast ground-hugging turns.
Batman: The Ride at Six Flags Great America introduced B&M's inverted coaster model with a compact, forceful layout. Its tight sequence of loops, rolls, and corkscrews made the feet-dangling format instantly recognizable.
